I have been informed by our newest members Gaz and Lisa that the staff at Pot Black in Rugeley has experienced paranormal activity The Rugeley Supernatural Society will be conducting an investigation on the 19/2/11.

 

HISTORY OF POT BLACK, RUGELEY BY TRESSA

 Dating back to the 1800 not much of the building can be accounted or as far as i can trace but from what i can find out is that on the land were Brewery St Arcade and Pot Black stands used to be:

Anchor Brewery which later became an envelope factory - The Anchor Works dates are not specified as to when these building were built more investigation into the history is required as hard to find much on the history of the building

The premises were also a supermarket and a shop named Paddy's. No further information on people that used to work at the business or any deaths or tragic accidents can be traced at this time but i will not stop until we uncover the truth.

 Numbers of people who have gone to play a game of snooker or pool have witnessed or felt strange going on in the Pot Black building, will The Rugeley Supernatural Society experience the same?.

 Part investigation has been completed at Pot Black in Rugeley but unfortunately a full investigation could not be carried out due to certain circumstances.

I will not go into this but to say there is something there.

Hopefully in the future we will be able to complete he full investigation but in the mean time i have attached the information, footage and photos from out time there enjoy.

 As the team arrived at the destination plenty of people we enjoying their games of pool and a drink the atmosphere in Pot Black was calm and warm, one the business was closed for the night we decided to complete our ground work.siness was closed for the night we decided to complete our ground work.

Alcove - continues from middle of wall to floor danger or caution confirmed wires.

 

Our Medium Neil was ready conduct his walk around, unfortunately most light were turned down back up as requested  so not much camera footage could be used 

Neil advised that he sensed in the alcove on the right hand side corner a vortex/portal/an opening of spirits to come and go and they came and went a lot. This was confirmed by onlookers that people stayed away from that corner and they always felt something was there.

In the pool room Neil advised he saw a young girl aged 16-17 years old dating June 1975-76 head injury, died a few days later in hospital that she is confused. Neil also advised she was from an orphanage other side of Rugeley past the park; she led a sad life and had headaches Neil advised she held the side of her head. Neil also advised lots of children were working in the area the girl was sensed.

Snooker room back wall Neil advised he could sense children again 4or5 of them all waiting for someone aged between 8-9 he also sensed a man with a limp walking up and down the room saying he was in charge '' I’m telling you what to do'' and to call him sir that this man only answered to was Simon? (No surname may be a colleague or boss)

The children were waiting for stuff to be moved Neil advised us waiting for their boss to move tins and boxes.

Neil could also hear running Water (a brook does run through out of Rugeley and does run under Pot Black).
